CMR (Convention Relative au Contract de Transport International de Marchandises par la Route = Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road)

Applicable are terms of payment for Transport and Logistics, registered at country court 's Gravenhage July 2nd 2002 documentnr. 69/2002.

All transport excluded AVC, AVK and CMR conditions shelved at country courts Amsterdam and Rotterdam.
